maybe but i'd put bets on 2015 as its a long way off yet, and the development kits arent even final, just early prototypes. I bet that they're going to milk the 360 for every dollar they can, then when the 720 comes out, take live off the 360 and force people to buy the next generation xbox.
i dont think it would be as soon as the next console comes out, thats just irrational. i'll give it 1-3 years before they completely remove live off of 360. To give people time to earn money upgrade and still play good games with their buddies. Just my prediction.
I didn't say "as soon as" I said when it comes out. I was thinking at most 1 year, but 3? Xbox is way to deep in the corporate **** to even consider not gaining money as fast as they can.
well we are talking about the future here, maybe when they release the next console their sales will skyrocket and they can afford to keep live for 360 for awhile or maybe they release a updated version of the 360 and sales will skyrocket then, i'm just being optimistic about this process. also you gotta remember its microsoft there are more possibilities for ex: new laptops, desktops, programs, sponsors, and company merges. anything is possible
I heard next year cause battle field 4 and halo 5 is going to be made for it also kinect 2 is going to made for it also. Another thing they don want Sony to come out with their console first that means every one will have it first just, like when they made the 360 before the ps3. i think the ps3 didn't come out in-till 1 or 2 years after, so a whole lot of people bought the 360. Plus there was a whole lot of sony fans before the 360 came out.
