Wrong Prestige Emblem?

I recently just prestige a squad mate after I had gotten an unlock all service. It shows the right emblem on the leaderboards but when I go into public matches or sitting in the lobby its still showing the 5th prestige emblem. any ideas of why its doing this?

yes, been playing on and off this whole week. it does it on the xbox one also.

 

when I got the unlock all I looked at my prestige details and the first 5 are dated the same day and the year is like 1959 or something

 

it might be the servers thinking your still 5th prestige

 

normal on a recovery service, we cant set the date you prestiged in the current tool we use. you can on pc but not console.

 

will it eventually fix itself or not? and I don't think we did a recovery service, we did in game
