The "White" gear was the first XP gear put out, I think by Viper, or someone.... They allowed you to gain more XP then usual to get your Paragon Level up. But with the new Editor, you can do WHATEVER gear you want, and CHANGE Your Paragon level at will.... Make new Gear from Scratch, or Change an Existing set of Gear...
