Weekly Fifa Lottery

So I have decided I want to host a fifa lottery, basic rules would be; it costs 1,000 coins to enter, can enter as many times as you want, everytime someone enters for 1,000 coins I will add 1,000 coins to the prize fund, every week we draw a random person and they win the prizefund! If I can get permission to do this from staff then I will Only on xbox sorry
