Does anyone else think that releasing the "Xbox 720" or whatever there gonna call it in 2013 is a little too soon? I think it would be good to release it in the beginning of 2014 just because I think the Xbox 360 is good enough for now. . If you do disagree please tell me why and don't talk trash. :troll:
MS will release the console when they think its ready but its gonna be like a hot cake like the 360 S was when that got released cause its a NEW CONSOLE
if anything ms will want sales so a december release would be better then a new year console cause dont forget parents will have to buy there kids it so they will want a xmas release we gonna ve looking at 300 to 400 pound for the console and a game i certainly dont have that kind of money after xmas i got 4 kids to feed and clothe i could possibly go halves with my mum and dad as my birthday 10th jan but theres gonna be quite a few ppl who wait as they wont be able to afford it
Combining my birthday and Christmas present and getting this bought for me on release day, i'd say i'm pretty lucky since i'm 25
IMO I do not trust the first releases of any consoles. I usually wait about 6months to a year to make sure some of the bugs are fixed. Thats just me though.
agreed i never buy a console close to realese so if they do drop it in 2013 i wont be getting it until march or april of 2014
imo i think they should wait 360 is enough plus all the anticipated games of this year people just wont be able to afford it
I think it very well may be too soon to release the console, but overall, i think we are due for something new
it also makes me definitely think that 360 games will be compatible with the new console due to so many new releases coming to us
obviously you've never attached a 1080p60/physX capable pc to your plasma/lcd-tv and enjoyed gaming in full hd with dx11-support.... ;-) and oh, loading times on the 360 are ridiculous compared to a pc with ssd... :/
I agree that the 360 is still great and would probably be fine but the original xbox came out in late 2001 and the 360 came out around the same time in 2005 which is only 4 years later. That means the 360 has will be 8 years old if the 720 comes out in 2013, so i don't think it's too soon by a long shot.
I'm the same way until release date lol. With how far they have come you just got to hope that you can trust in them that they made a solid console. If it turns out that there is some big issue with them right when they come out well then you just have to hope you didn't get a munched one
