Skyrim Saves?

First off I would like to begin by saying that I am new here and I would like to apologize if I am posting this in the wrong section/forum etc... I have contacted other modders but I haven't received any reply so this is the Skyrim Save that I would like to request (Xbox 360 Save).


> Level 1 (Pre Character Creation Please)
> Greybeard Robes (Please xD)
> All Shouts Unlocked (0 Cooldown Time)
> All Spells Unlocked (No Dev Spells)
> Dragon Storm Call and Dragon Fire Shout Spells
> All Skills Maxed With All Perks Unlocked
> 10,000 Stamina and Magicka with 100 Health
> Werewolf and Vampire Lord Powers
> Breathe Underwater Power
> 1 Dragonbone Dagger/Daedric Dagger
> Carry Weight Infinite

Sorry but the save lacks the items I requested and is full of game-crashing dev spells D: And the health is 50,000+ and it's missing the Vampire Lord too

 

it isn't compatible with Horizon, any suggestions on what i should do?

 

looking for one to unlock all skill perks and Infinite cary weight,health ,stamina, magick and gold
