I need an Oculus Orb with around -10 teleport cooldown, The reason i would like an item like this would be so that my wizard can have almost no teleport cooldown while i MF. It would also mean that i could use a different skill rune rather than wormhole. If anyone is able to help with this request i would be very grateful, post or message me on xbox live ImCam
