RTE Tool Tutorial/Help

I have all the offsets for Call of Duty: Ghost, I don't know how to get my xbox to connect or what to do with them. I am really interested in making a TU7 tool and releasing it to the community. I would appreciate it if someone just broke down the basic's for me.


I've read the Akatsuki Guide and I can't understand the process of what he's doing. I am confused on the editing of the Offsets with PeekPoker etc.

 

Connect to your console by the IP address, and then you just make the changes? lol

Yes, with other RTE tools. I am trying to create my own, is there anyone I can watch over TeamViewer maybe and learn a bit from them? I am new at coding, the only thing I have ever coded is java.
