If possible, can anyone create a skyrim game save that is: Pre character creation Has all spells including developer spells Has all shouts with a cool down of instant Infinite magika and stamina Health of 200 Infinite carry weight Max smithing, enchanting, and alchemy All perks All other skills except the before mentioned as level zero Infinite gold 9999 filled black soul gems A lot of crafting materials And if possible, can you add in some vivid rings with ridiculous effects like creating a ward or fortifying enchanting and other things like that?
