The copy I got does. You have to have a certain amount found in game first. For me it was 5. Now I'm not saying that will be the same for everyone. That's just how many I had found before they showed up in the editor for me.

yes it does, thing is it doesn't give you the option to unless you have 6 or more, dunno why but thats how it works, only thing it can't mod is elixers, which is a shame cause i'd of given anything to have infinite powers usage on this game..
The only thing ignorant is your response. xpgamesaves has high quality mod tools that doesnt come with a bunch of viruses. xpgamesaves is the 1st website I go to for gamesaves and editors because its the best and what you know. Their is more than one car company you CAN choose but you choose the one you like REGARDLESS if another company makes it. Might not make much sense to you but I cant use smaller words so sorry :[
