Resolved Problem with download

Ok so basically i wanted to download the forest 0.3 hack.
And i found one on this site, so i commented and now the download button is visible.

But it says ''

Sorry, you don't have permission for that!

What is this?Why can't i download it.

Please fix or give me the download for it.
