Support PM Issue

I'm trying to send a PM but I get 'The member cannot receive any new messages' error.

Is that because his Inbox is full or could there be other reasons?

It must have been just a coincidence that the first PM I was sending found a full inbox!! :|

 

Try sending one to me and see if it comes up with the same issue

 

If it was to me I have just cleared my inbox.
