Like a tutorial how to connect them
and is there away how to get online for free?

Unbanned kv

Download XBL neighborhood. And add your xbox thru that. Then just hit connect on the tool

 

You're forgetting the most important part..a console cannot connect to Neighborhood without a certain plugin.
