TU4 for Pal consoles can be found here. no NTSC has been uploaded yet

 

This TU is for PES 2012 -_-

 

And this is only a DLC (Data Pack), not a TU.

I downloaded it but the game doesn't start on lt 2.0.

This is the first time that a game doesn't run with a TU lol.

I think that the only solution is to upgrade to lt3.0...

If anyone will start the game on lt2.0 and this TU, let's write in this thread pls.
