Paypal question!

I've been charged back twice now, and it's frustrating alot. As I was googling and talking with diffrent people they said let them transfer as Family and Friends they won't be able to charge back than is that correct?

How did you manage to get charge back. Was it sent as a gift to avoid paypal charges??

 

It was send as direct, I didn't knew about it lol. Gift ain't a option anymore its family and friends now right?

When someone makes a transcation will it say as Family and Friends or as direct?
