Need advice

I'm looking at trying to make save game for skyrim and was going to try something small heres my idea.
Dremora as a playable race and a few items like tsuns armor and sheogorath's outfit.was wondering how would i go about making the save before pre cc any advice and or help is greatly appreciated.

 

I think you would have to mod it using a custom skyrim save program

 

seeing as im extremely new to it could you explain what that is please and thank you
on side note i have skyrim for xbox and pc but prefer playing on xbox thanks again

 

Your going to need to look in to save editors pal .. if not i presume you know how to use horizon/360rev just find a pre modded savegame, re hash & resign & your good to go!

To mod your own save you will need a batch file, or just add all the items manually, not sure how you'll go about getting a Dremora character though. Once you have the batch file you will want to bat it through the console on the PC version. There are more steps past that point to get it onto the 360 version, but I forgot it . When I do remember it, or find the steps I will edit the post to say the last steps.

another question is on my pc i can make dremora race however that would lead to another question could i take that save game and port it to xbox with the methods shown?

whats easier to use modio or horizon

 

My personal preference out of the two would have to be Horizon!

 

Horizon is better in my opinion. Smoother and never had a problem with it. Its always nice to have one more person doing custom saves/mod saves, especially on skyrim. Welcome aboard

 

You can with Skyrim. Savegame.svg > .Ess

 

so does that mean change .svg to .Ess

 

On the PC you'd change the extension from .ess to whichever it is for xbox, you'd need to put the xbox save on the USB then use Horizon to check contents and check what the extension is, change the PC from .ess to the xbox extension then replace the save in the contents folder of Horizon and it'll work on xbox, no mods work though such as custom armor etc. Dev Cheats work however.
