Mods online

Hey guys just wondering if its possible to or if there is any mods out there that work without being host of a lobby

 

there is plenty, but not too many people make mods for online games except for cods and halo

 

so it is possible for bo2/ghost without having to be host.

 

of course there is offhost mods, but its nothing special
