Hello, I was using the Metro 2033 Legit Save Set from here, and I got Inquisitor before Soft Touch will this get me in trouble? Or getting Inquisitor before Soft Touch is possible in legit way? Hope some1 could clear this out for me. Thank you.

Best to do off line cheevos off line as if you make a Flubber up you can always recover your profile BEFORE you made any changes and connect to live to sync the cheevos
Probably not, think about it xbl team who checks gamerscore have to check 1,000's of people a day so they look for key things : 1. Online acheivements (i.e multiplayer) acheived offline. 2. Story Related acheivo's (i.e unlocking complete game before you finish the first mission) 3. Obvious miscellanous ones ( unlock/buy all guns as one of the first saves on your profile) 4. TimeStamps ( i.e Unlocking gears level 50 and 100 within a second of each other?) 5. Alot gained in a small time , ( sure if you play easy 1000g's you could get around 2k /3k in a day but jumping 10-20k in a day makes it obvious) Basic miscellanous ones like the ones you mentioned wont be obvious , only to those on your list who have played the game and may report you ... why they are on your list in the first place if they would report you ill never know. However some acheivments could be gained out of order just by accident or an ingame glitch, this is why if they spot one they wont ban you straight away, they will investigate further. A few out of order isnt bad but then if they check your profile more they might find alot more and then your kurplunked. As stated though if you are really paranoid then do them offline (not the online ones of course) then use le fluffie to re order the saves before going back online OR if all fails just recover it and start again.
