Messed Up Recovery - Help?

Got in a lobby that made me max prestige - didn't like it.
Paid XPGTool to do a recovery and put me to level 59 - no prestige with specific stats with a ton of squad points.
This left me with all the squad members already purchased and already level 2...
When I maxed out my first squad member and began to play on the other one to "prestige"..
It didn't change to the prestige token. It appears as though I'm a non-prestige level 9.
Maybe I'm an idiot and doing something wrong, not sure.
Sent XPGTool multiple messages but he just leaves the conversation and doesn't try to help.

Help?

 

ask some one to do a full reset for you and start again.

 

I paid him to reset me then do the rest.
Not cool.

 

told you wait till i had stealth and get caught up.

ask anyone from my thread I always leave convo's to keep pm box from getting full in 5min. Was nothing against you..

 

as he said he will sort you out, relax its just a game m8 and not a good one @ that.
