Hi Downloaded and inserted the Echo 13351 file (just tthe colleactibles and golden guns save). Rehashed and resigned and injected back into USB as per procedure but am unable to load chapter 2 etc to get the last golden gun. I only get option to continue my save (I was at end of chapter 1). Have I done something wrong? Thanks
