I chose the worst location at first but I managed to make everything fit nicely. It's a 3 story building with 2 staircases at either end of the complex. Beds and a library in the middle. Loads of chests full of goodies, a pet wolf. I can't remember if there is a farm or not, but there's a mining tunnel with tracks and hidden levers/switches all over.
