Hi can anybody help me iso mod this game?

Ok so I tried modding the coalesced.ini myself and it burned perfectly and it installs 100%

But when I start the game it gives me this disc is unreadable error but the game plays in the backround.

The only option is to go back to the dashboard

Any help would be great guys!!
