ok so burning my first ever disc and it failed. was bioshock infinite off the ftp using verbs so good discs verified on abgx passed on burnermax failed to verify all settings are 100% correct and confirmed by someone else too this is my errors http://gyazo.com/fd7c08d77da480e25d5fdaeb17b42ff3
have you tried the disc? mine dont always verify thats why i dont bother anymore as long as it burnt 100% should be ok
i sometimes geth this error when burning on my laptop some discs will spin and burn in there really quiet whilst i can tell when this error is probably going to occur as the disc seems like its vibrating too much in the draw . maybe just a bad disc . ive also had an i/o error when power is low on laptop or when using an ihas to burn connected to usb pro . maybe the vibrations of the disc spinning and burning somehow loosened a connection . out of a pack of 25 aones i will get at least 3/4 discs with this error so id go with my first answer mass produced discs a few bad eggs .
