Resolved i can't download revolution

i have tried so many times to download 260revolution but it wont let me!! anyone have any ideas??

 

im a bit confused as to the issue your having

click that it will download into where your browser stores its downloads,, use Winrar to extract the program from the archive and then install.

 

so how would i use this??
