Hex editing help

Hey guys if you know how to hex edit a weapons damage could you please help me with it because im gonna hex edit weapons in my weapon shop which can be found here

 

As far as I know, there is not a way to edit the damage on the guns.
Specifically not by just hex editing.

You can make black rarity guns, but they don't stick or save unless they are in the Bank.

 

I already know that btu making them black does not necessarily make it strong and thats what im trying to do for my gun shop

 

It can if you know what part to add to your guns...

 

Do you know which part?

And I assume that your using the Gibbed editor.

 

I meant using hex editor because with gibb's editor you have to change the manufacturing grade wich means you also have to change your level and thats what im trying to avoid
