Support Help - Signature problems

As you can see from the image i can't do anything with my signature and the 350x20 image i just dont get. I even tried a 350x20 image and it still wouldn't work. Help please. -Biscuitt

The image was showing the "OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG" "THE IMAGE IS LARGER THEN 350X20" and the image was the halo 4 gamerscore thing. http://xpgamercards.com/card.php/BHi+FaZe/halo4.png

 

It won't let him put a signature in it is probably saying it is too big

 

Hmm I don't know if XPG has a required amount of posts you need before you can have a signature or not.

Have you tried saving the image as a jpg then opening it in photoshop or a program that can resize the image?

No mate i don't have photoshop or any program other than Paint.

 

use photo bucket to resize it, and i think you have a size limit gold members get a 530x200 limit

 

Yeah I guess the standard user can only have 350x20... pretty extreme if you ask me. BUT I guess it's for the best, Don't want a ton of large signatures taking up most of the topic lol

People can gift gold, but I'd suggest just using a userbar, or the best bet is to upgrade to gold, which isn't expensive at all, and has allot more to offer than a larger sig!
