Help Rgh-problems

last night everything was fine and i was playing when i went to play my rgh wont even boot up not even into xell so i have no idea what to do please help

You have a red light on the power brick which would suggest a short somewhere.

 

thank u i checked the USB ports and all was good should i try a different power brick or is there anywhere else that might be shorting out
