(Help) Flashing to new

Hii have a DG-16D2S that fried but i got to dump everything befor it died and what i was want to see is if i could just use my spair BenQ dvd ? If so plz let me know how

 

I'm not an expert in this department but I had the same ordeal and I was able to spoof the same drives you've specified.

Just unlock the new drive and write with new firmware and key, the key must obviously match that of the same xbox, so there should be now error there.

yes it should work just load liteon key in jungleflasher unlock benq drive ready for flashing make sure youre keys match in both firmware tool 32 tab go back to mtk flash 32 tab hit write and it should flash correctly i presume just woke up so cant give a detailed tut any issues quote this post . so i see it straight away .

 

OK thanks guys I got it just wanted to make sher I wasn't going to kill another drive

 

only way u can kill a drive is to plug in the cable the wrong way all other issues can be recovered .

 

yeah that what i did plunged in wrong way started smoking but one thing when i spoof the benq to play burned games should i spoof as a benq or the original drive
