    hello,i have a speedtouch 585 router and i cannot open port on it to connect the xbox with router i need to know how can i connect the console with this router please

    Try going over to
    http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Thomson-Alcatel/SpeedTouch585/Xbox_Live_360.htm
    they have loads of tut's on how to open ports ect. If you still can't open them you will need to buy a new router that can open/forward ports.

    Give your ISP a call. They may be blocking the ports, that was my problem.

    i make a test link on my xbox and its wrote router not found !!
