Unresolved halo 4 profile mod

very time i try to mod my halo 4 profile it gives me an error can someone explain what am i doing wrong?

 

Please include the GPD file located within your profile and also the full error report in order for us to take a look at this reported issue.

 

i get invalid numbers 43 and something.... im curious as to why it wont work

 

I'm not a usb modder, or have really ever been, but maybe the hash marks, or whatever they are called.

The profile ID's.
The Save device ID's

Maybe they are different than they should be?
