Simple answer no, you can't do this on PS4 / XBOX One, simple fact they haven't been even modded/hacked. The only solution is to join a PS3/Xbox 360 cash drop lobby and don't connect to PS4/XboxOne version or will not be able to do this on previous generation consoles.
