GTA Online Car Request

Hi my fellow xpgers, I've noticed all the popularity with these money lobbies and i noticed some of the things that the people can do in them, Is it possible to spawn the taken away dlc cars and give them to other players to keep?

 

Just duping cars atm works, but its a long process

Modders can spawn the vehicles in on their end but it'll require you giving them your info and they would probably charge... So duping would be your best bet.
