Resolved GTA IV Numerous issues!!

    The only portion currently working is the health aspect. I have used the various gun cheats, and tried the game completion percentage, also used the max ammo. None of those are working. It did however stop me from being able to punch, kick or fight in any manner. Please help, as I am clueless what the problem is. I have started a new game, and tried it with that save also, just not working.

    I'll kindly say, without any saves when people are reporting errors, this issue that some are having with NOT be fixed (for those who are having issues). Until then, I'll leave this thread open a bit longer before closing this as there has not been a save attached.
