Game Wont Install Help?

Hey guys, i got my xbox one yesterday and so im trying to install COD:Ghost but its stuck at 7% and it has been there for like 20 hours, i tried the offline install didn't work its just stuck

have you tried restarting the download?

well i think in your console memory it will show a corrupt cod ghost download there and delete it and then retry the download because then it should restart from 0%. Also go to your download history and press download again.

 

Sounding like a noob here but i cant find my console memory any guides around here?

 

go to my games, highlight the game & press the old start button, select delete.

then go to the store & find the game and download again

 

Remember that it's 49gb.

Ya it still won't work i tried everything everyone said but it didn't so ill just contact Microsoft Tomorrow
