Format USB without 360?

    is there a utility/app out there you can use to format a USB ready for the XBOX rather than putting it in the XBOX initially?

    Why? I don't think there is but also don't see the need for one.

    i was at work and wanted to play with profiles | injecting game saves etc

    was just a thought :)
