Resolved FalloutNV save editor

ok i tried editting the fall out NV with the 360 rev, but found that the program only has the stat editor and the inventroy editor is blank even though it should have sstuff in my inventory and also i cant change my current level only editable things are the states. is this an issue with my pc or someone has the same problem

 

My save appears to load up fine, please upload your save so that I may take a look at it.
