i have a good amount of currency in my ms account but everytime i try to purchase a game i get the error PBR9002, Use a different way to pay, your purchase cant be completed with this option. Try a different or new way to pay.. Any Ideas?
Don't know if its the same as xbox 360 but I was locked out once and had to go on xbox.com and change my password or something I think someone unauthorised had tried to get into my account
ahh well thats the only thing I could think of I remember being locked out a few years back from buying anything and I cant remember what they had me do but someone was trying to get into my account without permission I know the new 360 update has some kind of verification built in for folks to prove they are of age so maybe you gotta call them and verify you are really you and not a 12 year old sorry but these are the only things I can think of I dont even Have an XB1 im just going off of usuall MS roadblocks
I had this happen as well.. If your using the website make sure the site is in the same region as your trying to purchase with (for me it was auto logging me to en-us (USA) when it should have been en-ca (Canada)) to fix this via the site all I had to do was scroll to the bottom of the page and click change website region. However if you are experiencing this via your xbox one then your console region from when you first set it up is probably different then what the profile you set up was.. Hope this helps.
