Error code 80151012

    Im trying to let someone recover my account but that error code is up and when i go to change my password it doesn't give me to the option "i think someone eles is using my account.
    Can anyone help??

    Sign into your account on Xbox.com at the same house you're using your xbox, then recover.

    Were is the recover and do i do that on my xbox or online??

    1.he has to sign in on your main proffy
    2.he has to open up internet explorer app on his computer
    3.go to account.live.com
    4.he has to enter your account info
    5.go to security info
    6.you have to receive and then give him the security code.
    7.I'll pick up the phone.
    8.Give you the code.
    9. Select- I sign in frequently on this device. Don't ask me for a code. check box, and then tap or click Submit

    Yea he needs to sign into your account on his laptop first or your account has been locked by Microsoft if that still doesn't work I would try calling them if he still can't sign in
