Do Modding Tools Exist

So it's been a long-while now that i aint posted on here for D3:ROS but i've been working hard on searching for this ultimate modding tool that let's you create you'r own gear for D3:ROS on Xbox One.. But do they actually exist though that's my worry because i see these modded gear's an items an i am like how is this even possible watching youtube video's with stupid fake links an that but i promise u this when i do find this modding tool you guys will be the first to know about it an that is my promise to you XPGamesave community :gamer4: >.<

 

I believe that they mod the armor on Xbox 360 and transfer the save to Xbox One.

 

yeah but they can't transfer it anymore.. due to the new update you can't transfer it anymore

Download IDA Pro and HxD - these programs will allow you to read (IDAP) and edit (HxD) PowerPC executables, also known as .xex files

 

No Mod tools for xbox one tho it would be awesome for some games

I am actually very surprised that no tools have been able to be created yet to be honest, I know many people have been actively trying to figure out how to "crack the code" and be able to open the system up for those of us who do like to mod games!
