I didn't even try it yet, I hope these items aren't missing. I will go check it now and see if I have them both.
I got the flames of the inquisition stuff, and the armor too, for me they were available right after the prologue, when you wake up, there'll be a chest just by your side, named 'special deliveries' or something like that, some items will be available there, some you'll have to make more progress first, like the Armored horse that comes with the Deluxe edit.
