Crackdown 2 Acheivement help!

The "rocketeer" achievemwnt on crackdown 2 unocks avatar award is their any way to manually unlock them? as the achievement is way too hard

you tried watch a video or something on it normal shows better ways. I havnt got the dlc so ive not tried it myself.
