So i recently knabbed a copy of Perfect Dark on the marketplace. Stupid internet would not let me get it from the marketplace. I needed a copy off the net, made a post and got it. I changed all the pertinent information such as console id, profile id and device id. I put the USB drive into the xbox and checked the storage device, everything seems to have went fine, however i cannot see the game in "My Games" to actually launch the game. help would be greatly appreciated. note: i figured i would post this in support rather than piggyback my original thread
If it is a retail system and not a rgh or a jtag... the game might show up for a flash and then disappear. i don't think the game will work if u try and change the file since its not a rgh or jtag
damn, you know what really sucks, the website i found the game on has a link for the original profile, but it is located at megaupload
The place i got it from said "No Jtag / flash", you think if i dont edit the file at all it will just work (i am asking cus this requires another 250mb of my very limited bandwidth)
I know of people that use too copy games to their usb but hasnt worked for them because xbox may have patched modded games be added and automatically becoming corrupted
