cant uninstall 360Revolution ?

hello guys, i am trying to uninstall 360Revolution and reinstall it but cant find it any where on the control panel ? can some someone please tell me why its not on the uninstall list ? was trying to do a clean install need some help. thank you all.

 

I believe you just delete it. It's not gonna show up in the control panel.
