Unresolved Can't download 360revolution. read..

Hey guys im new. I tryed to download 360revolution and it asked what to open it with. i clicked internet explorer and it will pop up saying internet explorer is not working and it wont even load the program. it wont let me remove internet explorer as the default way to open it. can someone help.

lolz, forgive me but all of our files here are zipped or rar mate so you need best winrar or unzip tool to open them. That what it means when asking what to open it... hope this helps you and go INTRODUCE YOURSELF NOW!
