What's your xbox region set to ? Because migrating your account to the correct region may fix this for you even though there could be some consequences.

I know this is somehow a trouble, but did you clear your system cache ? Something might be corrupted and clearing the cache may fix it.
Well, contacting live support may actually give good results, they have the proper tools to fix this.
This game is ntsc version for us. I have bought it in christmas deal with hitman on same account and i have problem. On my region there is no hitman so if i migrate it my midnight club should become pal version but im going to lose hitman.
Well i talked to xbox support she said to change my account region gave me a link to do it and now i cant even see any games or download the free ones Xbox support are fuckin retards
