broken lite-on drive

How can I fix a broken lite-on drive?

The problem is that the drive will not open.

Thanks I found a way to get it to work it was the tray that was broke

 

always leave a disc inside the tray and it wont happen again

 

Okay now it won't scan disc's, I've replaced the laser and it's still not working .I can get it to play DVD's sometimes but it won't play games at all.
