Anyone know what part of a shield does what in the gibbed editor? I'm looking to make a nova shield that has a really high recharge rate and a maylay with really long delay. Also wanting to boost the charge rate of a neogenator and increase its capacity. I tried looking for a site that had it cataloged like there was for the last game but couldn't find one. Any info on mudding class mods or relics would be nice too. Thanks
