no and there wont be any. as far as i know, modding the .arc files causes the game to be corrupt (any capcom game that uses .arc) and the only way to play modified .arc is with a jtag. and there's no reason to mess with .arc files since they're a pain in the ass, and there's already trainers before iso mods so no point
Please don't flame some 1's post thats asking a question. Also not everyone has Jtags/RGH/DEV systems so they can't use trainers. I suggest in the future you remember this.

I don't believe there are any sorry, you can certainly use some modded saves like the one floating around with infinite rockets in raid mode
