    I'm a bit confused by your question. Are you asking if you can mod the content instead of using the code?

    No there is a DLC that you can play with her. I'm not sure if it is free.

    so i need to download for xbox live(can not do)
    my copy of batman is a god file and my jtag has never being on the net


    just found this Batman.Arkham.City.Catwoman.Bundle.Pack.DLC.JTAG.XBOX360-XPG and this Batman.Arkham.Asylum.Harley.Quinns.Revenge.DLC.XBOX360-dumpTruck the say to put in the Partition3\Content\0000000000000000\ is this right
