not 100% sure if they will be coming back as far as i know they are but site security and things like that will take priority over features like awards etc be patient and im sure they will be back soon

Its an automatic Award you don't request it.

 

As bezza said if they do come back other things take priority over them to be fixed.

The site is being made a better place and members are growing by the minute
